I set a date: November 1, 1999.

Now comes the freaky part.

Between the time I set the date and the time the date came around, a set of circumstances occurred that I could not have dreamed would come to pass.

An absolutely unforeseen financial windfall came my way.

I like to think I am a smart guy, but this was waaaaay beyond me.

Right place, right time does not even begin to describe it. What happened was completely beyond my imagination, much less my ability to pull it off.

Suffice to say I was not one to argue with fate. I hit the road and had the time of my life.

But now let's get back to those two questions about my adventure:

How did that happen?

Could it happen to you??

Since finishing my trip and the book those questions have haunted me. Not like a ghost in a house… More like a little voice nagging me, telling me that there is something there for me to learn and share.

I had an extraordinary payday and an extended period of personal freedom.

If I did it before, couldn’t I do it again?

If it was luck, could I create that luck again?

If “I” didn’t actually do it, how I could get out of the way so whatever higher power could do it again?

This stuff would be worth wrapping my brain around.

What if I could teach it to others?

That’s how the concept of my next book, Live Your Adventure, came about.

I am pleased to say that the principles are coming together. But hold on now, the book is not ready yet. I still have lots of research and writing to do. It’s my own metaphysical experiment.
